Uses:
Our community hall is an ideal place to get together, host a creative class or put on an event that brings together the community. Whatever you have in mind we would be thrilled to be a part of it. Please use our online booking system to submit a booking request.
How it works:
Please click here to visit our booking system. Once your signed in it’s easy to make a request for a single occasion event or a regular booking.
- You MUST read the Terms and Conditions before booking. As we are volunteer-led it’s important that hirers are aware of what is asked of them when hiring the hall to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible. All the relevant documents can be found under the ‘Documentation’ tab on the booking system. As we don’t have a caretaker , you are asked to leave the building as you found it.
- Check the calendar to find suitable availability.
- Submit your booking request with all the relevant information. Please note your provisional booking will appear on our calendar immediately to avoid double bookings.
- We may need some additional information from you. When we are happy with your booking, we will send you an invoice for the total cost of the time of your requested hall hire.
- To confirm your booking you will need to pay the invoice in full within 5 working days from the date of the invoice. Read the ‘One Off Hire’ or ‘Regular Hire’ booking policy for more information. You can find these documents on our booking system.
- Your booking is confirmed once the invoice has been paid in full. If the invoice has not been paid within five working days your booking will be removed from the system.
- Please take ALL your rubbish home.
- Please leave furniture in the place/s you found it .
